We cannot fault either our recent experience of either the Hyatt hotel or of True Egypt, the agent who recommended this hotel and who made our trip so memorable. Our Hyatt Club Suite was spacious with large terraces and wonderful sea and beach views. The Club area is private from the main part of this otherwise large hotel, has its own pool and beach for Club use only and provides exclusivity for Club guests, well worth the extra cost. A 'Happy Hour' each evening provided such a varied and abundant buffet that negated the need for supper! I travel frequently on business and stay in many luxury international hotels, the Hyatt standards match the best of these. The service is faultless, all the exceptionally well educated staff were informed , helpful, courteous and always charming. In addition, True Egypt provided a unique personalised VIP service that I have not previously experienced. From being met personally at Cairo to assist us with visas and domestic flight transfer to the personal greeting with flowers and refreshing drinks on arrival at the Hyatt - all had been thought of!! True Egypt then provided expert advice on activity / tour options, and an excellent and personalised guide service to ensure we experienced a 'true' taste of Egypt safely, with confidence and most of all good company and lots of fun. Our thanks to all at the Hyatt who made our stay so pleasurable and to Jenni and Said of True Egypt who made this trip truly special!

Just wanted to let you and Said know what a great holiday we had. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service you provide is so personal and professional. All the guides were fabulous and great with the kids. The Nile cruise was terrific and also the staff there were so thoughtful and attentive to the children.
The second week we were unfortunately struck with the notorious travellers tummy which did stop us doing a few trips etc. but even with this we still enjoyed Sharm and maybe it's the excuse we need to come back!
I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone and certainly if anyone would like to email me in the future for a testimonial you are welcome to supply my email address.
In my opinion your real strength lies in your personal level of service. Having our own guides and transfers, the 'phone and of course the lovely flowers are all wonderful.
It seems all wrong that we have to work 50 weeks of the year to have two on holiday but I guess it's back to the grind tomorrow so that we can look forward to another great trip next year!

How do you begin to explain the decadence of Sharm El Sheik and the ease with which True-Egypt helps you to enjoy all its pleasures? Everything is made simple and you are made to feel so special. We were met in the Airport Terminal and literally whisked past the waiting crowds, through passport control. A chauffeur driven car then drove us to our hotel (the Ritz Carlton) where we were greeted by the staff with a refreshing drink and more True-Egypt representatives.

Jenni and Said met us personally and talked us through some ideas before letting us do our own thing. It is worth stating that there was no pressure to make decisions or do anything at anytime during our entire holiday. If we wanted to lunch in a Bedouin village, that was fine! If we wanted to see the stars in the desert, it was not a problem! If we wanted to snorkel in some of the most beautifully clear waters the very next day, it was easy!

Said led us on a spell-bounding trip highlighting the most colourful fish you can imagine. His ability to converse with other English, Italian and Russian guests blew me away – some people back home have trouble with one language. The water and outside temperatures were perfect and the equipment that was provided, even for a 6 feet 5inch man like me, fitted like a glove.

Jenni and Said gave us space to enjoy the area, but came to find us and help us explore it some more, when we needed them. Do not, whatever you do, pass up this opportunity for a 5* holiday, without breaking the bank! Jenni and Said have opened up a travel destination, in a way that nobody else I know can. I would certainly look forward to another adventure with them and their staff.

What an incredible experience!

Having a personal guide during our stay at Sharm El Sheikh was without a doubt “the icing on the cake”.

We touched, tasted and smelt true Egypt in it’s full glory; from the enticing smell of the fish restaurants, spices at the local market to the touch or leather, lace and the coat of an camel. Experiences all had through having guides throughout our stay.

Dahab was spiritually intoxicating, we will return.

The rainbow of colours in the warm waters of the Red Sea, the wonderful corals and the array of fish were all breathtaking.

Thank you to our guides for an experience of a lifetime.

Just back, and felt I had to write straight away to thank you for looking after us so well during our week in Sharm El Sheikh. The attentiveness shown by yourself and Said was a real joy, but never "in your face" and without you I doubt we would have experienced one tenth of what we did. It was truly a week to remember. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I don't doubt the saying is right and that we'll be back next year - almost certainly for two weeks this time, so we can experience even more of Egypt's wonders - particularly your trip to Cairo , having heard your wonderful description of it.

Please give our best wishes to Said, and the many Egyptian friends we made while we were there. (The birthday party was a wonderful surprise - I'll never forget that cake!!)

Well, what can I say? 

Having consciously avoided holiday firms in the past who offered such services I have now completely changed my mind.  The combination of English and Egyptian staff is what immediately sets them apart from other operators, and their collective love and passion for Egypt is infectious.  
True-Egypt really have got their finger on the pulse when it comes to the hospitality of their clients.  Firstly we were personally met at Egypt airport at the customs by a True-Egypt representative who organised our visa and passport control for us - and trust me, you would not want to do it yourself!

After being chauffeured to our hotel, and advised of our options during our stay, the pace of our holiday was left entirely to us.  One night at 10pm, two of us decided we wanted to do the glass bottom boat excursion the following morning.  So, we rang one of the reps and he immediately confirmed it was possible and then personally picked us up the following morning, took us to the boat and then drove us back to the hotel afterwards - now that is gold star service - and all with a great smile!
 
The bigger trips such as Cairo are designed for just you and your party - however small that may be.  You are not herded around with lots of other tourists, you have your own personal guide and you dictate the pace of the day according to your needs. 
In Sharm, we were taken to some of the restaurants and cafes where the locals dine and I would recommend these to anyone - the quality and value is superb - just don't expect silver service; 
However, if you do want silver service, then the camel ride followed by the Bedouin dinner cannot be beaten.  True, you're not dressed up in your finery, but that matters not a jot. 
There we were, being served caviar and other exquisite Hors d'oeuvres on silver platters, in the desert, with local Bedouins making bread in a traditional manner, which we were encouraged to get involved in. Following a wonderful dinner, the locals treated us to an impromptu "jam session" - a set of drums and a stringed instrument appeared and they sang and we danced - and the rest is history!  

Before we left, we all just sat back in silence and soaked up the wonder of the clarity of the stars, the stillness of the night and the knowledge that this was a magical evening and one which will remain with me forever. 
The True-Egypt organisation was faultless, and every aspect of our trip was dealt with without the feeling that our holiday was being overly organised for us. We told them what we wanted and what we didn't want and they delivered our perfect itinerary.

Happy New Year, hope you and Said are well, Thank you very much for a great holiday. Only a week but I felt we did loads - what a fab country. In terms of True-Egypt I thought it was “Personalised, Customised and individually unique -True-Egypt it's all about you”  Sorry if it sounds too much like a tag line but it’s just what came to mind while waiting in the airport. Hi , well what can we say about our very first trip to Egypt, Chris and I have never thought about Egypt for any of our hols, as we are always a bit dubious of going to other countries of which we don’t know any thing about, but since Jenny and Said has established a Holiday Company in the name of TRUE-EGYPT, well we just had to try it, and how great it was too, our Hotel Rivoli was so very nice, food etc and the waiters very attentive  and smart we would have to go back there again that’s for sure,Jenny/Said met us after we had settled in and took us around to show us the area we were staying in, which if we were on our own we probably wouldn’t have visited, but that on its own was a eye opener, NAMA BAY is busy and buzzing with countless little places to spend your eve for coffee and buying the odd little pressy from the polite young men,   of course then the Beach was another thing, we couldn’t believe the Coral and fish that existed there in the sea, Chris was so amazed and taken back with it all, he couldn’t get over how so awesome all the fish looked and how  so so colourful, and again what you see in books, my most wonderful thing was when Jenny/Said took us for a visit to Dahab and we went through the Desert, and saw the Camels being driven by their owners and young Children, to see this in there natural existence is  such an experience, well we could go on and on, as to us Egypt is a wonderful and beautiful Country, and to have a company as Jenny/Said have put together to help your stay be as carefree as you wish it to be, they think of all the little details you want a holiday to do for you, and believe us they will do there utmost to provide just that, so Thank you Jenny/Said for giving us such an experience, we still have lots to cover next time we holiday with you.
